First set of undergarments

Postby Altesia » Sat Jan 21, 2017 6:05 pm

I finally decided to take the plunge into Victorian costuming and created my first set of undergarments. I used the TV102 Chemise and Drawers, TV110 Corset, the TV108 Grand Bustle, and the TV 170 Petticoat patterns. I made them a while ago but finally got around to taking pictures... I am currently working on the dress to go over them but the process is slow. And I still have to add a button to the bustle....it's still pinned together.....

It's all so pretty! I especially love the petticoat with the tucks.

It's almost a shame to cover such lovely garments. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a convention where there's an event everybody comes to in their underwear?
