Christmas Tartan Twins

Postby Val » Thu Jan 23, 2014 11:56 am

My friend Cindy challenged me to make semi-matching tartan gowns for our guild's Holiday Dinner last December. We used TV 405 Basque bodice & TV 216 Parisian Trained Skirt. We were both very happy with them and plan to add fur trim to it next year.

Love this!! My two favorite TV patterns ever, in plaid! "OMG asdfjkl!", as my teenagers say.

You both look wonderful. I love the plaids and the presentation. Great job!

The original gown that Heather styled the Persian skirt after was in plaid. I'm glad to see it done in plaid again.
