I would like to share the victorian gown I just made for a historical timeline event. The bodice and jacket were made from TV422 and the underskirt and overskirt were made from TV255 (with a few modifications.)

Beautiful dress! I think it is wonderful that you made two bodices for it, too!
And your trim work is perfect!

Lovely! I really like using the trim to fake the look of an over corselette; well done. I love the draping you did with the skirt, too. Wonderful outfit, and fantastic trimming. I hope everyone loved you in it!

Stunning! You look so sharp, and I love the pulled back skirt.

Looking at her other photos, I believe it actually a separate jacket that she used to take the dress from day to night with a ballgown bodice underneath. It's a great idea that I may use at some point!

Wow, look at all those pleats! Did you iron them all yourself?

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I did iron all of the pleats. They took longer to make and took more fabric than the rest of the gown. Thanks!
