What I did over Thanksgiving holiday

So I chickened out on cutting the yellow silk, and also on the crushed velvet gloves. Instead, I made this out of some "stash" fabric I had tucked away. It needs a final press and it's done!
And, I survived the "swine flu" (if the gown looks a little loose, it's because I lost quite a bit of weight, but rest assured, I will gain it all back!). There are also pics of the wool cape I made in the gallery. Enjoy!

Indeed it is! A simple, lovely garment that every lady should have in her wardrobe, IMHO. Went together like a dream!
