What a fantastic job you did. You and Anneli look so graceful; just like a picture from the past. You must be very satisfied! :D

Oh look how pretty you both Look!!!
I just love seeing all these "first" dresses isent it wonderful how well they come together??

I love the colors and fabric, I have been playing with too many dark fall colors lately, the spring colors are my absolute FAVE to work with!

Oh yes....everything fits you both perfectly...I still find that a bit fiddely and so admire ladies who get the trick down so nicely!

Back to the hats!

I got this hat from Christine Hall to go with my brown dress, soon realising though that it would go better with this dress if a changed the trim a little.
I made three new bows just like the original ones, added a diffirent brooch and some white tulle. Quick and easy!

WOW! Love those hats! You have inspired me...I need to make a couple of new hats and I intend to steal some of your ideas ... I adore hats, I think I must have been a milliner in another lifetime...I rescue vintage hats from thrift and antique stores and wear them when I can...I soo regret the fact that there are no places here in S. Cal to buy really nice hats....just straw and casual ones....I am old enought to remember when ladies wore hats and gloves....sigh.....
