How to question

Postby Quallus » Sun Aug 06, 2017 6:57 am

Hello,

so, for my next project I really would like to do something like the bodice on the right.
I do have the TV423 two toned bodice and thought that it would be a good starting point and that I could just lengthen all bodices pieces but the vest section (as I like the length as is). Would that be ok to do or would you recommend a different pattern for this?
This is stretching my skills so any help and suggestions are welcome.
Thanks so much!

Yes, you could use the Two-tone bodice pattern. If you plan on wearing a bustle, you will most likely need to add room to the hip to get over it. But adding length should be easy enough.
