Round cage crinoline vs. walking cage crinoline

I´m thinking of making a crinoline for the first time and I´m trying to decide wich pattern I should use. Personally I like the shape of Round cage crinoline better than Walking cage crinoline when I think Walking cage crinolin looks a little bit to round at the top. But when I read about them I find more people who have done Walking cage crinoline and I wonder if it is easier to put together or easier to wear. What are the big differences about the patterns?

The round crinoline is easier to make. The hoops float in slots made into the tapes. The walking crinoline is a little more work, as the hoops have to sewn to the tapes to hold the shape. If you like the shape of the round crinoline, and it is your first, then I think you will be happy with it.
