I tend to do steampunk myself, and always get a kick out of the mixing decades. If you're planning to expose your bloomers, you probably don't need the petticoat, it would just add bulk to where the skirt is rucked up. If you want to add poofiness to the rest of the skirt, maybe a netting layer wher...

Sporting costumes

I'm making a bicycle suit, double breasted blouse and Turkish bloomers, and I"m confused about one thing. I assume, you wouldn't wear the standard chemise, bloomers, corset under it. Would one of the combinations work better? If anyone has any ideas, they would be appreciated. Thank you.

I've looked at some older posts on this site and they seem to concur with you. Guess I'll give it a shot. I'll save that Silverado pattern for non reenactment stuff. Thank you for the input.

The help file recommends the Dore for bustier figures, but the LM instructions recommend the Silverado. I wear a 44FF, so would the Dore look better for appropriate lines.
